We get started when you email me detailing what your project is, then I send you a questionnaire to help you make a brief for the shoot. Once we have an idea of what we’re going to do together, I like to have a phone or video call so we can talk in detail about any and all aspects of the shoot to make sure we’re on the same page. From there we select a date and you pay a deposit to lock in your shoot.

This entirely depends on what your needs are. I offer a range of packages for each of my services each with a minimum number of images and you have the option to purchase addition photos.

We can talk as much as you like over email and I do offer a complimentary video call to any and all potential clients. I like to have an in-depth conversation so I can craft you the perfect photos.

I promise a turn around time of two weeks or less, I do offer a rush turn around for an additional fee and this will depend on my availability. If your project is quite extensive I may require longer to maintain the quality of my post production.

I charge based on outcomes and how much time and work I believe a project will take. When you contact me I send a pricing guide which gives you multiple options both in cost and how many images you’ll receive.

I cannot express this enough, having a clean moisturised face will do wonders, and please bring a lip balm. Bringing along a comb is also a good idea, and if your clothes need ironing, please do this ahead of time. Basically, just prepare yourself to look tidy, so we can present you at your best.

It’s up to you, I have a list of wonderful make up artist and hairstylist who I can organise for you or if you have a team that you know and trust you can bring them on board and book them yourself.

I feel very strongly about showing a client's most authentic and best self. So while I brighten skin and remove blemishes, I do not resize features or make any invasive changes to your appearance. My style of retouching is very natural. These pictures should be an accurate portrayal of who you are, and what you look like. We want people to recognise what is beautiful and unique about you. If you have any specific requests, I can definitely take that into account.

Once you’ve selected your package I require a 50% non refundable deposit a week before the shoot. Then after the shoot when I send you a gallery of images to chose from after you’ve made that selection and before I start editing is when the other 50% is to be paid.

If you need to reschedule your shoot I need at least 48 hours notice other wise you do lose your deposit. However if you are canceling because you are unwell or have to isolate due to covid we can simply reschedule.

If we are doing an outdoor shoot and the weather looks unforgiving we can also reschedule a day or two before with out you losing your deposit.
